FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. THE PROMOTER: KP Snacks Limited, Fifth Floor, The Urban Building, 3-9 Albert Street, Slough, SL1 2BE, England.

2. WHO CAN ENTER:
This prize draw (the “Promotion”) is open to UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry only excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter’s agents, third parties or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion. The Promotion is not open to residents in the Isle of Man, ROI, or the Channel Islands.

3. Employees of the NFL Entities are not eligible to enter this promotion. NFL Entities means the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions, LLC, NFL International, LLC, NFL International Licensing, Inc., NFL International Limited, NFL Players Association, NFL Players Incorporated, and each of their respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, direct and indirect shareholders (and their direct and indirect subsidiaries), officers, directors, agents, members, representatives, and employees.

4. Participants must have internet access to enter the Promotion. The entrant is reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant to enter the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet, or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.

5. No purchase necessary.

6. This promotion features across promotional packets of McCoy’s with one shared prize pool.

7. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

a. The “Main Promotion Period” will begin at 10:00 on Monday 3^rd August 2026 (the “Opening Date”) and will end at 23:59 on Sunday 8^th November 2026 (the “Main Promotion Period Closing Date”).

b. All participants who successfully enter during the Main Promotion Period will also be automatically entered once into the “Grand Draw”. The Grand Draw will take place on 9^th November 2026 in accordance with paragraph 12. Participants can opt out of the Grand Draw by emailing help@mccoyscrunchtime.com in accordance with paragraph 12g.

c. The “Late Entry Promotion” is for all entries received during the “Late Entry Promotion Period” being between 00:00 on Monday 9^th November 2026 and 23:59 on Sunday 6^th December 2026 (the “Late Entry Promotion Closing Date”). All entries received after the Late Entry Promotion Closing Date will not be accepted. Entries during the Late Entry Promotion Period are not eligible for entry into the Grand Draw.

d. A ‘Week’ as used in these terms and conditions is the period of Monday to Sunday (inclusive) during the Main Promotion Period and the Late Entry Promotion Period.

8. HOW TO ENTER:

a. Go to mccoyscrunchtime.com

b. Enter your full name, postcode, valid email address and mobile phone number.

c. Click the PASS button. Either the ball will be caught to ‘score a touchdown’ (to win) or the ball will be dropped (to lose) dependent on whether the button is pressed during a winning moment as set out at clause 9b and 13d.

d. Only one (1) entry per person per Week. A person can only enter the Promotion under clause 8 and 13, once per Week during each of the Main Promotion Period and the Late Entry Promotion Period.

e. All valid entries received during the Main Promotion Period will automatically be entered in the draw for the Grand Prize as set out at clause 12.

f. Any participant using multiple details (multiple email addresses/multiple mobile numbers and/or multiple identities) to access the Promotion will be disqualified and any Prize (being a MP Prize, GP Prize, LD Prize or Mop Up prize) will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a participant has already submitted an entry or met the weekly entry limit and to disqualify any subsequent entries or Prize claims.

g. Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of entry. Proof of sending your details will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or entries received outside of the applicable Promotion Period will not be accepted, and you will not be entered into the Promotion. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.

h. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Do not enter on behalf of another person. Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant or household is using a computer(s) or multiple aliases to access the promotion, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using multiple email addresses or postal addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to increase that participant's entries, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, that person's entries will be disqualified, and any Prize will be void.

9. MAIN PROMOTION WINNER SELECTION

a. Before the Opening Date, an independent third party will randomly select guaranteed winning moments (day, hour, minute and second) during the Main Promotion Period and randomly order 404 x prizes being:

(i) 25 x Samsung 50in UE50 4K TVs (as further described in Clause 10ii);

(ii) 4 x pairs of NFL London 2026 tickets plus £150 spending money total per Winner (as further described in Clause 10i). NFL London Games 2026 prizing only available to be won until 13.9.26;

(iii) 250 x £100 cash (as further described in Clause 10iii);

(iv) 125 x £100 NFL store e-vouchers (as further described in Clause 10iv); and

each an MP Prize and further details of which are set out at clause 10.

b. If your time of entry when you press the PASS button, and your entry is processed by the server, matches a winning moment you will score a touchdown and be awarded the prize randomly pre-allocated to that moment.

c. In the event that the PASS button is pressed at the same time by two participants, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry.

d. If no one enters at the winning moment, that prize will remain available until the next participant successfully enters.

10. THE PRIZES

a. In accordance with clause 9a, there are 404 MP Prizes available to be won during the Main Promotion Period (the “MP Prizes”) being:

i. 4 x pairs of NFL London Games 2026 general admission tickets plus £150 (spending money in total per winner). Both winner and their guest must be 18 years old or over. Event will take place at a time and date to be determined in 2026. No choice of match date or team for winners. Winners will be notified of date and teams via email after their on-screen win notification. Winners will receive pdf tickets and spending money 7 days in advance of the event. Email address required to receive tickets. The tickets will be subject to their own terms and conditions which will be supplied available once the venue is announced through the app.

ii. 25 x Samsung UE50 50in 4K TVs.

iii. 250 x £100 cash prizes. Cash prize is paid either (i) via cheque in UK Sterling to a UK address and in the Winner’s name supplied at the point of entry (for UK winners); or (ii) via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the winner’s name. The payment cannot be made into another person’s bank account. The Winner will need to provide a valid UK bank account number and sort code. Payment cannot be made into a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) or Electronic Money Institution (EMI).

iv. 125 x £100 NFL store e-vouchers. Each e-voucher is valid until 26.2.27 and can only be redeemed at https://europe2.nflshop.com/en/. The voucher is single-use, and the full value must be redeemed in one transaction. Any remaining value will be lost. The e-voucher will be subject to its own terms and conditions. b. Only one MP Prize per person during the Main Promotion Period.

11. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT

a. In accordance with paragraph 9b, where a touchdown is scored, then the participant will see a WIN message and be notified immediately on screen which MP Prize they have been allocated.

b. The 4 x winners of a pair of NFL London Games 2026 general admission tickets plus £150 spending money in total per winner will receive an email within 7 working days of their win. These MP Prize winners will each then have 7days from receipt of this email and as set out in this paragraph, to claim their relevant MP Prize. If a Winner does not respond within 4 days, the Winner will be emailed again and given a further 3 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the MP Prize is not claimed within 7 days of the initial MP Prize notification date, MP Prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the MP Prize will be allocated to a new winner during the Mop Up Draw in accordance with paragraph 16i. Winners will be notified of dates and teams once announced in 2026. Winners will receive tickets and the £150 spending money 7 days in advance of the event and will be required to download the Ticketmaster.co.uk app (using the same email address used to enter the promotion) to access their tickets seven days before the event.

c. The 25 x Samsung UE50 50in 4K TV winners will each receive an email within 28 days of their win. These MP Prize winners will each then have 14 days from receipt of this email and as set out in this paragraph, to claim their relevant MP Prize and provide their postal address. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Winner will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the MP Prize is not claimed within 14 days of the initial MP Prize notification date, MP Prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the MP Prize will be allocated to a new winner during the Mop Up Draw in accordance with paragraph 16i. Once claimed, the prize will be dispatched within 14 working days.

d. The 250 x £100 cash MP Prize winners will each receive an email within 28 days of their win. These MP Prize winners will each then have 14 days from receipt of this email and as set out in this paragraph 11d, to claim their relevant MP Prize and choose either a bank transfer or cheque. Any MP Prize winner who does not respond within 7 days, will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the MP Prize is not claimed within 14 days of the initial MP Prize notification date, MP Prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the MP Prize will be allocated to a new winner during the Mop Up Draw in accordance with paragraph 16i. In respect of the £100 cash MP Prizes these will not be deemed claimed if during the 14 days required under this paragraph, the relevant Winner does not provide the required details or provides invalid details which are not corrected by the relevant Winner, required to make the transfer of the cash MP Prize.

e. The £100 cash MP Prize, £150 spending money for NFL London Games 2026 winners and £100 cash LD Prize, will only be sent within 14 working days of MP Prize claim in accordance with paragraph 13d, either (i) via cheque in UK Sterling to a UK address in the winner’s name; or (ii) via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the winner’s name. The payment cannot be made into another person’s bank account. The Winner will need to provide a valid UK bank account number and sort code. Payment cannot be made into a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) or Electronic Money Institution (EMI).

f. The 125 x £100 NFL Store e-voucher MP Prize winners will each receive an email within 28 working days with their prize e-code. These winners will not need to claim this MP Prize. The Prize will be sent to the email address used at the point of entry.

12. GRAND PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE FULFILMENT

a. The Grand Prize Draw will take place on Monday 9^th November 2026 and one winner of the GD Prize will be drawn by a random computer generator from all eligible entries received and who have clicked the PASS button, in accordance with clause 9, within the Main Promotion Period (the “GD Winner”).

b. A participant can win both an MP Prize and the Grand Prize.

c. The GD Winner will be notified by email using the details provided on entry, within 28 working days of the Grand Draw. The GD Winner will have 14 days from the day in which the email is sent to claim the GD Prize (the “Claim Period”) and provide valid proof of name that match details provided at the point of entry and valid proof of age.

d. Only valid ID matching the entry name used at the point of entry will be accepted. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of ID/age (passport, driving licence, council tax bill, or utility bill less than three months old for example). Business or work addresses will not be accepted.) Out of date proof of identity will not be accepted. A mobile phone bill will not be accepted as proof of identity. Please note we can only send and receive emails to and from the address given at the point of entry to confirm the information required in this clause 12. The decision of the Promoter on the validity of any ID documents shall be final.

e. If the GD Winner does not claim the GD Prize within the first 7 days of the Claim Period, another email notification will be sent. If the GD Winner does not claim the GD Prize within the remaining 7 days of the Claim Period or provide valid proof of age/identity in accordance with clause 12d, the GD Prize will be withdrawn and awarded to a new winner which will have been drawn at the same time as the original in accordance with paragraph 12a. The new GD Winner will then be notified in accordance with this clause 12c, and a new claim period of 14 days will recommence.

f. Participants who click the PASS button, will only be entered once into the Grand Draw regardless of the number of individual entries made during the Main Promotion Period.

g. Participants can opt out of the Grand Draw by emailing help@mccoyscrunchtime.com by 23:59 on 8^th November 2026.

h. The Grand Draw prize is 2 general admission tickets (18+) to the NFL Super Bowl LXI 2027 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, USA on Sunday 14^th February 2027 plus £5,000 (total). Both the GD winner and their guest to this event must be 18 years old or older.

i. The prize includes return economy flights from a UK airport to LAX, subject to availability at the time of booking, 5 night’s accommodation at a hotel with minimum 3* rating for the winner and their guest, sharing a room, on a room-only basis. Both the GD Winner and their guest to this event must be 18 years old or older. The flight may not depart from the Winner’s closest airport. The Winner and their guest must travel together. The hotel accommodation and flights must be taken in order to attend the NFL Super Bowl LXI 2027 at the Sunday 14^th February 2027. No other time for travel is permitted.

j. The prize includes the cost (provided via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the GD Winner’s name) for an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) (which must be obtained separately) for both the Winner and their guest.

k. The £5,000 prize will be provided 1 month before the GD Winner’s date of travel via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the GD Winner’s name. The payment cannot be made into another person’s bank account. The Winner will need to provide a valid UK bank account number and sort code. Payment cannot be made into a non-bank financial institution or Electronic money institution.

l. The prize excludes travel to the UK airport, travel to and from the airport/hotel in California, transfers to the Superbowl, travel insurance, additional spending money, additional expenses, food, beverages, gratuities and any other expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions.

m. Organising valid passports and valid relevant visas is the responsibility of both the GD Winner and their guest, and the prize excludes any visas. If the GD Winner or their guest does not hold a valid UK passport, they may need a visa or visas, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. UK passport holders travelling to the United States of America are required to have a valid ESTA from the US Embassy. GD Winner and guest are responsible for arranging their own ESTAs. ESTA must be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel although it is recommended to apply as soon as travel is confirmed. Please note that anyone without an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the GD Winner and guest’s responsibility to arrange and comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the US and any other requirements of entry into the US applicable at the time of entry. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and US border control, and the Promoter cannot be held responsible for any ESTA application being rejected or any other entry requirements not complied with by the GD Winner or their guest. There is no prize or cash alternative if the Winner is unable to obtain the required documentation for entry into the US.

13. LATE ENTRY PROMOTION PERIOD & LATE ENTRY WINNER SELECTION

a. There are 5x £100 prizes cash prizes (the description of which (but not the number of prizes) is further set out at Clause 10iii) available to win within the Late Entry Promotion Period (a “LD Prize”).

b. Before the Opening Date, an independent third party will randomly select guaranteed winning moments (day, hour, minute and second) during the Late Entry Promotion Period and randomly order the 5x prizes.

c. Entry instructions are in accordance with Clause 9.

d. If your time of entry when you press the PASS button, and your entry is processed by the server, matches a winning moment you will score a touchdown and be awarded a LD prize.

e. In the event that the PASS button is pressed by two participants at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry.

f. In the event that no one enters at the winning moment, that prize will remain available until the next participant successfully enters.

g. One entry is permitted per person per Week.

h. Maximum of one LD Prize per person.

i. All LD Winners winner notification, prize claim and prize fulfilment process will be carried out in accordance with Clause 11.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate participants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever occurring as a result of a winner’s entry or acceptance of a prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or injury to a prize winner caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. The NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded.

15. PUBLICITY AND DATA PROTECTION

a. Any personal information that participants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering this promotion, participants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion. Participants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here.

b. The surname and county of the Winners will be made available to anyone who requests it by sending an email to help@mccoyscrunchtime.com within 1 month of the Late Entry Promotion Closing Date. Winners may request their surname and county are not published in the event they win by emailing help@mccoyscrunchtime.com before the Late Entry Promotion Closing Date save that disclosure to regulatory authorities may still be required.

c. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using a winner’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the Prizes won as part of the Promotion. The Promoter will not use a participant’s personal data for publicity purposes without the participant’s consent. This does not prevent the Promoter from disclosing the winner’s surname and county of residence in accordance with paragraph 15b of these Terms and Conditions.

16. GENERAL

a. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering this Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of any Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants or Winners failing to supply accurate information which affects any acceptance and/or delivery of any Prize.

b. Prizes are not transferable, they cannot be resold, and there are no cash (in respect of prizes that are not specified as cash) or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The Prize must be accepted as offered by the relevant named winner(s). All NFL tickets are subject to applicable NFL ticket terms and conditions.

c. The Promoter reserves the right to replace a Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

d. All Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

e. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a Winner is not able to take their Prize.

f. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

g. By entering this Promotion a participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

h. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

i. Any unclaimed, or withheld prizes, from the Main Promotion and Late Entry Promotion will be put into one random prize draw (“Mop Up Draw”) of all eligible participants (who entered in the Main Promotion and Late Entry Promotion combined) within 28 days of the Late Entry Promotion Closing date. Each ‘Mop up Winner’ will be sent an email to the email address used at the point of entry and prize acceptance and delivery will be carried out as set out at clause 11.

j. The MP Winners, the GD Winner, the LD Winners and the Mop Up winners (including any substituted winners allocated prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) shall be the “Winners”).

k. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries made using anonymous, disposable and or temporary email services such as, but not limited to, Apple, Guerilla Mail, Dispostable, and Mailinator as well as any programmatically generated or manually created email addresses on platforms including, but not limited to Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or BT Internet domains, for the purpose of circumventing these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion if a participant or a Winner has used any such service and withdraw prize entitlement.

l. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or participants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void.

m. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any participants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.

n. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

o. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or Prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.

q. The Promoter reserves the right to verify Winners and ask for proof of full name, age and address and to request ID before a Prize can be dispatched and to withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Proof of identity and address must match address details provided at the point of entry.

r. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.

s. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.

t. The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions, LLC, NFL International, LLC, NFL International Licensing, Inc., NFL International Limited, NFL Players Association, NFL Players Incorporated, and each of their respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, direct and indirect shareholders (and their direct and indirect subsidiaries), officers, directors, agents, members, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this promotion in any way. Employees of the NFL Entities are not eligible to enter this promotion.
